Through a number of very public and difficult restructuring events, CSIRO needed to bring it's staff back to mission. Beyondedge provided consultation with all levels of the organisation and put together a strategy to bring back the feeling of pride, engagement and connection with everything CSIRO stands for by profiling the important work diverse teams of scientists are doing. The result being a culture module that re-connected scientists with the impact they are helping to create.
